Phil is born and bred in Horsforth and has a wealth of local knowledge. After graduating with a BA Hons in business, started his career with Waite and Co as a trainee Sales Negotiator and then qualifying for his MNAEA in property. Phil is now the Head of Prestige which oversees selling some of our high end properties. Phil prides himself on delivering a high level service and enjoys seeing his clients moving adventures come to fruition. He is also a property developer and enjoys refurbishing properties to a high standard. Out of work Phil enjoys spending time with his wife and dog and going to the gym.
