Katie is a Sales Negotiator based at Hardisty’s Skipton branch. She joined the company in July 2023 after completing her A-Levels at Skipton Girls’ High School, beginning her career at the firm’s market-leading Otley office before moving to the Skipton team.
In her role, Katie plays a key part in the sales journey. Once a property has been launched to the market, she becomes the main point of contact for vendors, providing regular updates, expert advice, and professional support throughout the selling process. She also assists with valuing properties and advising homeowners on how to position their homes effectively. Working closely with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and surveyors, Katie ensures each transaction progresses smoothly, helping to resolve any challenges along the way. Her enthusiasm, local knowledge, and excellent communication skills make her a valued member of the team and a reassuring presence for clients at every stage of their move. Outside of work, Katie lives on a local dairy farm just outside Skipton. She enjoys spending time with friends, attending country shows, and the occasional night out.
