Helen has been with Hardisty and the Linley & Simpson Group for over six years, originally based in the Skipton office covering Craven and The Yorkshire Dales, before spending the last year in our Ilkley branch. During this time, she has built extensive experience valuing and marketing a wide variety of homes, from character cottages and barn conversions to manor houses and rural land developments.
She has also worked closely with developers on projects ranging from individual plot rebuilds to large-scale new build sites, providing expert advice and site valuations. Before joining Hardisty, Helen honed her skills with a leading North Leeds agency, gaining valuable insight into one of the region’s busiest property markets. Her wealth of local knowledge and broad property expertise make her a trusted and valuable member of our team.
Outside of work, Helen is a keen walker, having completed both the Yorkshire Three Peaks and the National Three Peaks challenges, and she played a key role in organising our recent charity event, The Relay 300. A former Rugby Union player of over fifteen years, she now enjoys supporting both the England men’s and women’s teams—usually from the comfort of the local pub!
